Our commitment

Child Friendly Pro Ltd. wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control or other assistive technology. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not something added afterwards.

The standard we aim for

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA on this website. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we have done

• Pages are built with semantic HTML, with one main heading and a logical heading order.
• Menus, buttons, filters, carousels and accordions can be operated with a keyboard, and the item in focus is clearly outlined.
• A “Skip to content” link is the first item on every page.
• Text and interface colours are chosen to meet AA contrast ratios.
• Photos and product images have text descriptions.
• Layouts adapt to phone, tablet and desktop screens and can be zoomed.
• Animations are reduced for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
• Videos only play when you choose to play them.

Known limitations

Some parts of the site are provided by other companies, and we have less control over them:

• Sign-up, contact and newsletter forms are provided by ActiveCampaign.
• The demo scheduler is provided by Calendly.
• The live chat window is provided by Tidio.
• Videos are hosted on YouTube, and some may not yet have accurate captions.
• Some downloadable templates and guides are PDF or design files that may not be fully readable by a screen reader.
