Read more FAQs
Is this only for dayhomes?

It was written for family child care — the examples and the elevator pitch are about running and promoting a dayhome. The three-actions and timeline steps work for any educator setting goals after a training session.

Does it count as professional development?

The worksheet is a reflection tool; the PD credit comes from the session it follows. Filed together, they show a licensing officer or agency that training led to practice change.

How is it different from the Annual Self-Evaluation?

The self-evaluation is a once-a-year review of practice; this is a quick, action-focused sheet used many times a year.

Can agencies customise it?

The file is a print-ready PDF, so it can’t be edited. Agencies can print it as is and add their own notes by hand or on a cover page.
